He started Barbering in 1998, and now has 25 years of mens grooming industry experience as an expert Master Barber. He spent 10 years working for the global non-profit Watchtower at Bethel Headquarters barbershops. Charlie was later recruited by parent company L’Oréal USA, spending 5 years as brand ambassador for Kiehl’s Since 1851 barbershops.

Charlie has since acquired a Babson business education through Goldman Sachs 10KSB, and is the founder "Artisan Barber" of The Grooming Alchemist Foundation, a non-profit.

He works to support at-risk youth, offering programs, haircuts, supplies and mentor ship to these undeserved communities. Charlie has founded 3 successful Barbershops in the past 7 years.
