Can I pay online when I book?
Yes. After selecting your barber, service, and time, you can attach a payment to your reservation at the "Reserve & Pay" step. This method is convenient and saves time on the day of your service. Note that the payment will be processed at the time of your service, not at the time of booking.
Will I be charged for violating the Cancellation Policy?
Yes. By clicking "Reserve," you authorize the shop to charge for your appointment. However, you won't incur any charges if you cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before your reservation. Booking an appointment signifies your agreement to our terms of service and privacy policy.
Do you accept cash?
While we appreciate cash payments, we're moving towards cashless transactions to enhance hygiene and reduce physical contact. This change aims to limit the spread of bacteria. We accept all other forms of payment, including Venmo, which can be used for tipping your barber outside of pre-pay.
Do you accept walk-ins?
We welcome everyone but must adhere to social distancing guidelines. Therefore, we require customers to book at least 45 minutes in advance or join our online waitlist for a same-day standby appointment. This policy helps us manage customer volume in our shop.
